Absolutely, you can! When you spot a shiny Pokémon in Pokémon Scarlet, you can save right there and then. This way, if you don't catch it on the first try, you can reload your game and try again. Just make sure you're quick on that save button before the shiny Pokémon has a chance to escape!

Been there, done that! Found a shiny Skwovet and immediately saved. Took me a few tries, but reloading the game after saving in front of it definitely worked. Patience is key here, but yes, you can save in front of a shiny Pokémon in Pokémon Scarlet. Just breathe, save, and catch!
