Yup, done it before. Swapped out my old place for a new one and saved a bunch of cash in the process. You don't get a pile of money, but it definitely makes moving up in the world a bit easier.

Yes, you absolutely can sell properties in GTA 5, but there's a catch! You can only sell a property after buying a new one. Essentially, you trade in your old property as part of the purchase for the new one. So, while you can't directly sell properties for cash like you would a car at Los Santos Customs, you can trade it in to offset the cost of whatever new digs you're eyeing.
