Nah, you can't trade keys in CS:GO anymore. Valve stopped that a while back 'cause it was being used for money laundering. Bummer, I know, but there are plenty of other cool stuff you can trade!

Short answer: No. Valve put a stop to key trading and exchanges to crack down on fraud. So, if you got keys, you're kinda stuck using them in-game.

Actually, no. Trading keys in CS:GO isn't a thing since Valve's crackdown. It's all for preventing scams and shady dealings. But hey, the game's still awesome without key trading!
