Getting kicked doesn't save you from Elo changes. Win or lose, you're in that boat till the match ends, even if you're not actually in the game anymore.

Actually, you do! Your Elo isn't frozen at the moment you're kicked. The game calculates your Elo gain or loss based on the final result of the match. So, if your team manages to pull off a win without you, you'll still reap the rewards. Moral of the story: even if you're kicked, you're not totally out of the game, Elo-wise.

Nope, if you get kicked from a CS:GO match, you still gain or lose Elo based on the match's outcome. So if your team wins after you're kicked, you still get some of that sweet, sweet Elo. But remember, getting kicked too often can lead to its own set of penalties, so play nice!
