Nope, SSDs don't affect your FPS. They're all about speed in loading games and your system. For higher FPS, look at your GPU and CPU.

Honestly, I switched to an SSD last year and didn't see any change in my FPS in CS:GO. But, the game loads way faster, and I'm not stuck waiting on the loading screen anymore.
