Does CS2 obey the octet rule?

Absolutely not, if you're talking about the game Counter-Strike 2! Games don't follow chemical laws, they follow the laws of awesome gameplay and intense competition. CS2 keeps up the legacy of its predecessor with thrilling matches, not electrons.

CS2, or carbon disulfide, definitely plays by the rules, but not the ones you're thinking of. In the chemical world, it obeys the octet rule like a champ, each carbon and sulfur atom completing its valence shell with a full set of electrons. In the gaming world, however, CS2 sticks to the rules of fast-paced action and strategy, not chemistry!

lol, CS2 as in Counter-Strike 2 chasing the octet rule? They're all about defusing bombs and landing sick headshots, not counting electrons. But if you're asking about carbon disulfide in a chemistry class, then yep, it follows the octet rule.
