Actually, CS:GO levels stay put. No resets. Rank's a different story though - don't play for a month, and you'll see that badge start to rust.

Nope, your CS:GO level doesn't reset. What you earn in terms of levels stays with you. The only exception is the Rank in Competitive mode, which can decay if you don't play for a while, but that's more about your skill rank, not your profile level.

Gotta chime in here - CS:GO levels are for keeps! Won't reset on you, so whatever effort you put into leveling up is permanently reflected in your profile. Pretty sweet, huh?
