Honestly, just buy a better PC. If you're struggling to get decent FPS with all settings on low, it might be time.

Customize your launch options in CS:GO! Add commands like '-high' for high CPU priority and '-threads' followed by the number of cores your CPU has. It's a bit technical, but there are guides out there that explain how to do it properly. Made a big difference for me!
