Evolving Magneton into Magnezone in Pokemon Violet is super cool and kinda sci-fi! You gotta expose Magneton to a Thunder Stone. You can find Thunder Stones scattered around the Paldea region or, if you're feeling a bit flush, buy them at Delibird Presents shops in various cities. Just select the Thunder Stone from your bag and use it on Magneton. Boom! Welcome, Magnezone!

Just use a Thunder Stone on it. That's it. No tricks, no secret quests.

Okay, so I tried evolving my Magneton at all these different spots thinking it had to be somewhere electric-themed or whatever. Turns out, I was overthinking it. Just get a Thunder Stone. I found mine near a rocky area, but the shops sell them too. Used it, and poof! Got myself a shiny Magnezone.
