Easy peasy! Just open the console in CS:GO by pressing the '~' key (you might need to enable it in the game settings first). Then type 'cl_crosshairsize' followed by a smaller number than it's currently set at. For example, if it's at 5, try 3 or 2.5. The smaller the number, the smaller the crosshair.
