How to make the End Portal in Minecraft
Last updated
Ever wondered ‘How do I make the End Portal in Minecraft?’ You’re not alone! Making an End Portal is your ticket to battling the Ender Dragon and exploring the mysterious End dimension.
Let’s dive into how you can create an End Portal in Minecraft and step into a new adventure.
Quick Guide to Making the End Portal
First off, you can’t actually make an End Portal in Survival mode. You’ll need to find it. In Creative mode, though, you’re the boss and can build one yourself.
To create an End Portal in Creative mode, you’ll need 12 End Portal Frame blocks and 12 Eye of Enders. Arrange the frames in a square standing up, and pop an eye into each one. Voilà, your portal’s ready!
Find the End Portal in Survival Mode
In Survival mode, your mission is to discover an existing End Portal. They hide in Strongholds, underground fortresses full of loot and dangers. Use Eye of Enders to lead the way. Throw them up in the air, and they’ll float towards the nearest Stronghold. Be ready for an adventure!
Once you’re in the Stronghold, it’s a maze. Keep exploring, and eventually, you’ll stumble upon the Portal Room. Place an Eye of Ender in each frame (some might already have them) until the portal activates. Jump in, and the End awaits!
