I had this issue too! What worked for me: I set my preferred monitor as the main display in Windows display settings before launching CS:GO. Then, the game automatically opened on that monitor every time. Might be worth a shot if you don't want to switch to Windowed Mode every time.

Honestly, play it on the main monitor. Less hassle and better response time for those clutch moments.

Super easy fix! First, make sure CS:GO is running in Windowed Mode - you can set this in the game's video settings. Once it's in Windowed Mode, click and drag the window to your other monitor. Then, if you prefer playing in Fullscreen, switch it back to Fullscreen mode in the settings. The game should now be on your other monitor. Remember, you might need to adjust the game's resolution to match your monitor's for the best experience!
