The Shiny Charm isn’t something you 'use' like an item in your bag — it's more of a lucky charm that works its magic in the background. Actually, you don't 'use' the Shiny Charm, it just needs to be in your inventory. It passively increases your chances of finding shiny Pokémon. So, less of using, more of having it chill with you.

You can't use the Shiny Charm per se. It's an automatic boost. Keep playing and hope for the shinies to show up!
