In Pokémon Scarlet, to check your Pokémon's friendship level, head over to Cascarrafa. There, you'll find a woman in the Pokémon Center who can gauge your Pokémon's happiness. She'll give you hints about your Pokémon's friendship level based on what she says. No gadgets or apps needed, just good ol' NPC interaction!
