Lol, you actually can't craft a Tinkerer's Workshop in Terraria, my friend. You gotta save up 10 gold coins and buy it from the Goblin Tinkerer after you rescue him. He shows up randomly after you defeat the Goblin Army, so keep your eyes peeled!
