Mine it, then smelt it in a furnace to get iron ingots. Combine three of these ingots to make one block of iron. You’ll need to do this three times.
Once you have your materials, open the crafting table. Place the 3 blocks of iron across the top row. Then, put one iron ingot in the center of the grid and the remaining 3 ingots in the bottom row. Voila! You’ve crafted an anvil!
