To evolve Cetoddle in Pokemon Violet, you just gotta give your little ice cube some love in the daytime! Seriously, level up Cetoddle during the day, and it'll evolve into Cetitan before you know it. Make sure it's daytime in your game; night time won't cut it for this evolution.

Just level it up during the day, plain and simple. Doesn't get easier than that.

Actually, I evolved my Cetoddle around noon in-game, and boom, suddenly had a Cetitan. It's super cool seeing it evolve; daytime leveling is the way to go!
