To evolve Chansey into Blissey in Pokemon Violet, you gotta give it some love! More specifically, Chansey must have a high friendship level with you. You can increase its friendship by battling together, using it in your party, giving it a Soothe Bell to hold, or feeding it friendship berries like Qualot Berry. Once Chansey's friendship level is maxed out, just level it up and voila, you'll have a Blissey! Don't forget, friendship is key!

Just walk it off, literally! Chansey evolves into Blissey with high friendship. Make Chansey your walking buddy, keep it in your party, avoid letting it faint, and maybe treat it with some berries. High friendship + leveling up = Blissey.
