Evolving Rockruff in Pokemon Scarlet is super easy! Just level up your Rockruff to level 25, and it'll evolve into Lycanroc. But keep in mind, the form it evolves into - Midday, Midnight, or Dusk form - depends on the time in your game when it levels up. Midday form evolves during the day (from 5 AM to 5:59 PM in-game time), Midnight form at night (from 6 PM to 4:59 AM), and Dusk form during a specific time and with a special Rockruff that has the Own Tempo ability!
