Actually, you don't need to do anything special to evolve Rufflet in Pokemon Violet. Just get Rufflet to level 54, and boom, welcome Braviary to the team. No stones, no special locations, just good old fashioned leveling up.

Rufflet evolves into Braviary at level 54. So, just keep leveling up your Rufflet by battling and earning XP. Once it hits 54, you'll see it evolve into the mighty Braviary. Keep in mind that patience and persistence are key; those XP points won't collect themselves!
