Just trade for it. Someone out there's bound to have an extra Charizard or Charmander they're willing to part with. Hit up those trading forums or your friends list, and you might just skip the whole evolving process.

No direct catch, gotta evolve Charmander from Tera Raids. It's a whole process but totally worth for that fiery dragon!

You can't catch Charizard in the wild in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Instead, you need to get Charmander first, which is available through 7-Star Tera Raid Battles. Once you have Charmander, just raise it up to level 16 to evolve into Charmeleon and then to level 36 to finally get your Charizard!
