Not gonna lie, it's a bit of a hassle. You'd think there'd be a simple 'give caps' button. But nah, gotta go through the whole trade and set prices thing. Gets the job done, though.

Easy! Just find the person you wanna give caps to in-game. Then, initiate a trade with them. Instead of trading items, you can set the price of an item at the amount of caps you wanna give. They buy the item for that set price, and boom, you've given them the caps. It's a bit roundabout but works like a charm!
