Just jumpin' in to say CS:GO is all about that grind to Global Elite. Forget levels; ranks are where it's at!

CS:GO doesn't have 'levels' in the traditional sense like RPGs, but it does feature a ranking system for competitive play. There are 18 ranks, starting from Silver I, all the way up to Global Elite. Plus, there's a separate Profile Rank system, which goes from 1 to 40, and resets back to 1 after hitting 40, giving you a service medal as a reward.

Are we talking levels or ranks? 'Cause if it's levels, you're lookin' at a Profile Rank that caps at 40. Then it's reset time with a shiny medal to show for it. For ranks, though, you have 18 to climb in the competitive scene.
