Actually, in the game, getting bailed out isn't an option. You either wait it out or, you know, respawn. But IRL, bail could range from a few thousand to over $50K, depending on the jurisdiction and specifics of the theft.

Bail for Grand Theft Auto (the crime, not the game lol) can really vary depending on where you're at and your criminal history. If you're playing the game though, no bail needed - just hit restart!

You're asking about the video game, right? Well, in GTA, there's no bail system - you just lose some cash or respawn when you get busted. Easy peasy.

For GTA the game, $0 - just enjoy the chaos! For real life grand theft auto, it's a hefty price depending on where you did the deed. Could be up to 20k!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!
