Just gonna drop this here: 4GB RAM can run CS:GO but DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and go for 8GB. It's like the difference between riding a bike and a motorcycle. Both get you there, but one does it way smoother and faster.

CS:GO isn't too demanding on your system, so it's pretty chill with RAM usage. Generally, you're looking at needing at least 4GB of RAM to run it smoothly, but if you're aiming for higher performance or playing on higher settings, 8GB is the sweet spot. Easy game, easy life.

4GB is enough. I run CS:GO on an old laptop just fine with 4GB. Not sure why everyone thinks you need more.
