Pro tip: You don't actually need to be Level 21 if you're willing to pay for Prime. Just hit up the Steam Store, buy it, and boom - instant Prime status. No need to wait or grind it out unless you want to.

Honestly, just buy it. Waiting till Level 21 can be a drag, and you miss out on all the Prime benefits while you're getting there.
