Activating the developer console in CS:GO is super easy! First, launch the game and go to 'Options', then click on 'Game Settings'. Look for the 'Enable Developer Console (~)' option and set it to 'Yes'. After that, you can open the console at any time during the game by pressing the '~' key (it's the one right below the escape key on most keyboards). Now you're all set to type in those commands!

Just hit the '~' key, dude. If nothing happens, you probably didn't enable it in the game settings. Go check that.

Some keyboards are weird and the '~' key doesn't work for opening the console. If that's the case, just go to your game settings, make sure you've enabled the developer console, and then try binding it to a different key through the options. Worked for me when '~' was just giving me a cold shoulder.
