Iridium sprinklers are your best friend; slap those bad boys down with a couple of tiles between each and you'll cover a massive area. For smaller farms or early game, quality sprinklers will do fine. Just space them right, and you'll have time for more than just watering plants all day.

The key to sprinkler arrangement in Stardew Valley is maximizing the area they can water. For basic sprinklers, set them up so they water the 4 adjacent tiles in a plus pattern around them. Quality sprinklers are a game-changer, watering 8 tiles around them in a square, so place them with one tile gap in every direction. Finally, the Iridium sprinklers are the best, watering 24 tiles in a big square, so give them a 2 tile gap all around. Remember, layout planning is crucial for maximum efficiency!

Honestly, just jam your farm full of Iridium sprinklers and you won't regret it. Who has time to water plants? Not me!

Spacing is everything. Basic sprinklers? Not worth your time. Upgrade ASAP to at least Quality Sprinklers for your own sanity.
