Lacey can be a tough cookie, but ice and fairy types are your best bet against her. She's got a strong team, but those types are her Achilles' heel. Make sure your team is leveled up nicely, around the same level as her team or higher, and bring plenty of potions and revives because it might take a few tries. Attacks that have a high speed stat can also give you an edge since you'll be able to hit first and hard.

Speed is key! Outspeed her team with your fastest Pokemon and use super effective moves. Don't bother trying to tank; just hit hard and fast.

Honestly, just grind a bit more. Overleveling your team can pretty much brute force your way through any tough battles in these games. Works every time for me.
