Easiest way? Bind jump to your mouse wheel. Open console (~) and type 'bind mwheelup +jump' and 'bind mwheeldown +jump'. Now, scrolling the wheel will make you jump continuously, perfect for bunny hopping! Remember, it takes practice to get the timing right. Good luck!
