Yo! B-hopping in CS:GO with a scroll wheel involves a bit of setup. First, you gotta bind your mouse wheel to jump. Open the console (~) and type 'bind mwheelup +jump' or 'bind mwheeldown +jump' depending on what feels more comfortable. This lets you jump continuously by scrolling. To actually b-hop, scroll to jump right as you hit the ground and strafe in the air while alternating between A and D keys. It's all about timing and practice!
