To bind a key to change sensitivity in CS:GO, you gotta open the developer console first (enable it in the game settings if you haven't). Then, input this command: bind "key" "sensitivity x", replace "key" with the key you wanna bind, and replace "x" with your desired sensitivity. So, if you're looking to switch to a sensitivity of 2.5 with the F1 key, you'd type: bind "F1" "sensitivity 2.5". Easy peasy, now you're all set to switch sensitivity with just a press!

I've done this, and it's a game-changer for me! I have a key to lower my sensitivity for those clutch sniper shots and another one to up it for faster reactions. Just remember to practice with the settings to get used to them. It gets easier and feels pretty natural after a while.
