Honestly, just stick to keyboard and mouse for CS:GO. Controllers are fun and all, but you're gonna have a tough time keeping up in competitive matches. If you're dead set on it, though, use reWASD. It's pretty easy to set up and lets you customize everything.

I actually did this once for the laughs. Used a program called JoyToKey. It lets you map keyboard actions to controller buttons. Worked well enough for casual games, but wouldn't recommend for serious play. Still, was fun to try!
