Easy! You just gotta use the console command. Press ` to open the console first. Then, if you wanna buy a smoke grenade with just one key, type this: bind "k" "buy smokegrenade". Just replace "k" with whatever key you prefer. You can do this for any grenade - molotov, flashbang, you name it. Just replace "smokegrenade" with "molotov", "flashbang", or "hegrenade" for a high explosive grenade. Makes life a whole lot easier!

Honestly, binding keys for grenades is overrated. Just learn the buy menu navigation. It's not that hard and keeps you sharp.
