Easy peasy! Just open your console in-game (make sure it's enabled in your game settings first) and type 'bind [desired key] "r_cleardecals"'. Replace [desired key] with whatever key you want to use to clear blood, bullet holes, and other decals during your game. I use the 'z' key for mine, so for example, I'd type 'bind z "r_cleardecals"'. Now, whenever the game gets too messy, hit that key and voila, clean as a whistle!

Honestly, I never found clearing decals that useful. Focus on your aim instead!
