Super easy! Just open your console in CS:GO (enable it in options if you haven't) and type 'bind "KEY" "+voicerecord"', replacing "KEY" with whatever key you want to use for push to talk. Now, whenever you press that key, you'll be able to talk to your team. Don't forget to double-check that voice chat is enabled in your settings!
