To bind a key for push to talk in CS:GO, open the console (~ key by default) and type: bind "your desired key" "+voicerecord". For example, if you want to use the 'T' key, you would type: bind "t" "+voicerecord". Hit enter, and you're all set! This makes the 'T' key activate your mic when you hold it down.

Just use 'bind v +voicerecord' in the console, it's the easiest way to do it. 'V' for voice, easy to remember and close to your usual WASD keys.

Honestly, who even uses push to talk anymore? Just set it to open mic and adjust your sensitivity. Your team will thank you for not missing any calls because you forgot to press a button.
