Just catch a Ditto, seriously. This purple blob can mate with (almost) any Pokemon, Eevee included. It simplifies the process because you don't have to worry about finding another Eevee. Just match Ditto with your Eevee at any Nursery, and you're good to go. Ditto is the ultimate wingman in the Pokemon world.

Breeding Eevee in Pokemon Violet is just like a walk in the Paldea park! First off, grab yourself an Eevee (or two) - remember, you need at least one female if you're aiming for Eevee babies. Then head over to the Pokemon Nursery, which you'll find in various spots around the map, but the one in Los Platos is a popular choice. Leave your chosen Eevees there, take a few steps in the game world, and voila - you might just get an Egg! Make sure you have an open slot in your party to receive the Egg, then all you gotta do is walk around until it hatches. Happy breeding!

idk why everyone makes it so complicated, just put 2 eevees in the nursery and walk. egg appears, walk some more, and bam, baby eevee.
