Breeding Perrserker in Pokemon Violet is just like breeding most Pokemon. First, you need a Perrserker or its pre-evolution, Meowth (make sure it's the Galarian form since Perrserker is a Galarian evolution), and then you need another Pokemon in the same egg group, which for Perrserker is the Field group. Drop them off at a Pokemon Nursery (you'll find one in the Paldea region), and after some time and steps taken in the game, you'll get an egg. Make sure to keep that egg in your party and walk around with it until it hatches into a Galarian Meowth, which you can then evolve into Perrserker!

yo jus get a galarian meowth and another field group pokemon. put'em in the nursery. walk. boom. egg. wait. hatch. got'em.

I tried breeding with a Ditto, easiest way to get any breedable Pokemon if you ask me. Ditto can be any Pokemon's partner, so you're guaranteed to get that egg popping soon. Worked for my Perrserker!
