Wait a bit, then check back to see if there's an egg. If there is, congrats! Walk around with the egg in your party until it hatches into a Wooper!

Actually, you can't breed Pokemon in Scarlet and Violet the traditional way. The Paldea region shook things up! You need a Picnic instead. Start a Picnic anywhere in the open world, and if you have compatible Pokemon in your party, you could get an egg as your Pokemon play around. No need for a nursery this time!
