Honestly, just throw a Master Ball at Miraidon and call it a day. Why bother with all the drama of weakening it and using status effects when you can one-and-done it?

Caught Miraidon myself without much hassle. Key is having a few Pokémon on your team that can take a hit and dish out status conditions. Sleep worked best for me. A bunch of Ultra Balls did the trick, but patience is key. It’s all about the thrill of the battle and the strategy. Plus, it feels way more satisfying than just using a Master Ball!
