Catching Fuecoco in Pokemon Scarlet is pretty straightforward since it's one of the starter Pokemon. You don't actually 'catch' it in the wild. Instead, Fuecoco is offered to you as one of the three starter Pokemon at the beginning of your adventure. So, if you're keen on having this adorable little fire croc on your team, simply choose it when Professor Sada presents you with the option among Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly. If you've already chosen a different starter and still want Fuecoco, you'll have to trade with someone who picked it or restart your game.
