Catching Tyranitar in Pokemon Scarlet isn't as straightforward as just stumbling upon one in the wild. You'll first need to find a Larvitar or Pupitar and evolve it into Tyranitar. You can find Larvitar in the South Province (Area Six) or the East Province (Area Three). They're a bit rare, so patience is key! Make sure to level up Larvitar to level 30 to evolve into Pupitar and then to level 55 to finally get Tyranitar. Happy hunting!
