In console, just type 'cl_crosshaircolor' followed by a number 0-4 for basic colors. For example, 'cl_crosshaircolor 1' gives you green. But if you want more specific shades, 'cl_crosshaircolor_r', 'cl_crosshaircolor_g', and 'cl_crosshaircolor_b' let you mix the exact color you want in RGB values. Go wild with customization!
