Changing your crosshair in CS:GO with the workshop is pretty easy and fun, given all the options available! First, you gotta subscribe to a crosshair map from the Steam Workshop. 'Crashz' Crosshair Generator v3' is a popular one. Once you've subscribed, launch CS:GO, open the 'Play' menu, head to 'Offline With Bots', and select the Workshop tab. Find the crosshair map you subscribed to, select it, and start the game without bots. Inside, you'll be able to experiment with tons of crosshair styles and settings. Simply walk up to the various options, shoot at your preference, and voila! Your crosshair is changed.

I've been using the 'crosshair generator' map for ages, and it's the best way to find what works for you. Trust me, it's a game changer. You can literally customize every aspect of your crosshair, making it perfect for your playstyle.
