Changing your CS:GO background music is all about digging into the game settings. Hit up the main menu, go into 'Options', then 'Audio Settings'. There you'll find a section for 'Music Options' where you can adjust the music volume or swap out the music kit you're using. If you don't have any music kits, you might wanna grab one from the Steam Market. They've got everything from electronic to rock. Pick your vibe, equip it, and boom, new tunes for your shootouts!

Honestly, I just turn the in-game music off. Why? More room to hear footsteps and gun reloads. Plus, I can blast my own playlists. Who needs in-game music when you've got a killer Spotify playlist, am I right?

Just buy a music kit from the market, equip it, and you're set. Easy peasy.
