Changing your CS:GO resolution to stretched is pretty easy! First, right-click on your desktop and select 'NVIDIA Control Panel' or 'AMD Radeon Settings' depending on your GPU. For NVIDIA, go to 'Adjust desktop size and position', select 'Full-screen' under the scaling tab, and make sure 'Override the scaling mode set by games and programs' is checked. For AMD, navigate to 'Display', then under the 'GPU Scaling' option, turn it on and set it to 'Full Panel'. Now, just boot up CS:GO, go to settings, and set your desired resolution. The game should now stretch to fit your screen.

Just set your game to 4:3 resolution in CS:GO settings and make sure your graphic card's control panel is set to stretch the image to full screen. Works like a charm!

Honestly, stretched is overrated. Native resolution for life!
