Another super effective way? Battle specific Pokémon! Each Pokémon you defeat gives specific EV points. So, if you wanna lower a certain EV, stop battling Pokémon that give that EV. It's a bit of a grind, but it works. Plus, battling is fun!

Changing EVs in Pokémon Violet is pretty straightforward! Just use the items called Berries, like Pomeg Berry, Kelpsy Berry, Qualot Berry, Hondew Berry, Grepa Berry, and Tamato Berry. Each of these berries lowers certain EVs while increasing your Pokémon's friendship. So, pick the berry that corresponds to the EV you wanna reduce, feed it to your Pokémon, and voila! EV adjustment, here we come!
