Changing your FOV in CS:GO through console commands is pretty straightforward. You just need to open the developer console (usually the `~` key on your keyboard), and then type in `viewmodel_fov X`, replacing X with the desired FOV value. Common values range from 54 (default) to 68, but you can experiment to find what's most comfortable for you. Remember, this will only change the FOV of your weapon model, not your actual gameplay FOV, which is locked by the game to ensure fairness.

Actually, CS:GO doesn't let you change the gameplay FOV, only the weapon model's with `viewmodel_fov`. So if you were hoping to get a wider in-game view like in some other shooters, you're outta luck. CS:GO keeps it fair and square for everyone.
