Just crank up the DPI on your mouse if you wanna whip around faster horizontally. CS:GO itself doesn't let you separate horizontal and vertical sensitivity directly. Higher DPI = faster moves.

I honestly don't get why anyone would want to change just the horizontal sensitivity. The uniform sensitivity setting in CS:GO fine-tunes your aim better than messing with just one axis. But hey, you do you.
